Great points and well done you for identifying his inconsistencies and falsehoods. I'm baffled by those who are surprised by this, though. News flash: there's just as much misogyny, or more I'd wager, on the left as on the right. Remember the Bernie Bros to Hillary, "Nobody cares"? The fact that he uses the slur TERF is one of many giveaways, never acknowledging the vicious attacks on women worldwide who dare to assert their opinion that men cannot appropriate womanhood. Why would he when attacking old women is such an irresistible recruiting tool for his Marxist aims? It's as old as time, people: a witch hunt.

Thank you. And I definitely agree that there's just as much (at least) misogyny on the left as on the right. One way to view the MtF side of the "trans" phenomenon is as an assertion of mens control over women: women simply cannot be allowed to exclude men anywhere at any time for any reason.

It's so bizarre that he won't allow people to disagree with him in comments on this. People rake him over the coals about his Marxism all the time and he allows that (which is good! I like that he *usually* doesn't censor). I don't get what's different here.

What's likely different is that it's personal because of a trans-identifying family member. As a commenter elsewhere mentioned, the author Helen Joyce has pointed out that a parent that's transed their kid will never ever let go of trans ideology.

As I've said time and time again, this is the only explanation, the full explanation. There is nothing deeper than this. He has a close family member who is trans. He cannot permit himself to understand the issue.

Among the many bizarre aspects of Freddie's take on all this, is that Marxists are materialists. Male and Female, sex, not "gender", are material reality. All of gender identity ideology is based on a mystical concept of "gender" that supersedes the material reality of biological sex. Freddie flunks on his self-proclaimed Marxism.

There is no such thing as a "transgender person." No human has ever changed their sex, period. No amount of writing about it, pontificating about it, debating it, researching it, medicalizing it, will make a person spontaneously change their sex.

I've thought for awhile that Freddie has a bit of a glass jaw when it comes to debate, and this piece of his is further confirmation. Particularly funny was this bit:

"On the contrary, I’m more confident in my ability to out-argue anyone than I am in the orbits of the Moon and Sun, I was raised by wolves and trained in the halls of Shaolin, I have done this longer than you have, I am better at it than you are, I fear neither God nor man when it comes to arguing."

Quite braggadocious, LOL.

> And you want the government to get involved in this how, exactly

This trans stuff is going to go down in the history books as the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment 2.0, but destroying the lives of tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of people instead of 400. I absolutely LOVE this response from FDB. What a fraud and a coward.

Freddie is often wrong and he’s an intellectual bully.

I'm sad to have to agree.

Freddie is a talented writer - he is at his best when he turns fire on the left.

His unabashed Marxism leads me to believe he's neurotic and mentally ill (which he himself freely admits).

Hard to see him as anything other than a court jester, purely for entertaining reading when having some downtime at work. Should be no where near the levers of government or policy.

Bring on the guillotines, put all of their heads on pikes!!! I’m ready to fight. Our numbers may be small now, but it’s time to wake up, the American Experiment is about to become rejuvenated.

Well, rhetorically only! I'm trying to save kids from the blades of the transifiers.
